The “Made in America” smartphone maker has a message for Apple about manufacturing in the US

Todd Weaver, founder of Purism, says his startup has successfully built and sold phones assembled in the US — challenging the widespread belief that domestic production is unaffordable and difficult to achieve, foreign media write, reports Telegraph.

“It’s challenging,” Weaver admits, “but not impossible. We’re doing it.”
