Effective October 25, 2022, to be BAA compliant, the cost of domestic components increases from exceeding 55 percent to 60 percent of the cost of all components. Notably, the domestic content threshold will continue to increase to 65 percent for calendar year 2024, and 75 percent for calendar year 2029.
