Maker of Budweiser and Michelob is running ‘Made in America’ ads

It’s the latest company to lean on American-made messaging following President Trump’s announcement of global tariffs, with car makers such as Ford and Hyundai running ad campaigns to promote their stateside manufacturing.

In the campaign, Anheuser-Busch states that it supports the jobs of 65,000 Americans and talks up how the company has been investing in the country since 1857.

Not mentioned in the ad is the $300m investment that CEO Brendan Whitworth has committed to its manufacturing facilities across the US in 2025, including a new technical excellence center in Columbus, Ohio.
