Tariff-free and open year-round: Lancaster furniture market features only American-made

Located in Amish country, the Lancaster County Showcase is a 35,000-square-foot, two-floor showroom featuring domestically produced furniture from 130 different companies. All are small, usually family-owned, and located in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana. Around 90% are Amish.

“It’s all solid wood and mostly case goods, in addition to some poly-outdoor and home décor,” said Rich Warner, sales and marketing manager. “We have bedroom, dining, occasional and home office categories. Nothing is veneered, and there’s not a single import in here.”
